Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when changing or canceling an appointment. This allows an opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If there is enough time remaining, we'll start your session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
